The coffee is good. When the girls are there making drinks the service and the coffee is really good. However the last two times I have been there the guy who was working both times had to be instructed on how to make the drink that I ordered. He was nice, but was not open to learning when I suggested a video on line for him to learn how to make a Caramel Macchiato. The Caramel Macchiato is one of the most ordered drinks in a coffee establishment. I am sure he needs the job, but he really needs to learn how to be a proper barista. It is a part of good customer service.
